Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the basis on which Luxury Trip To India plans and provides private travel services in India. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.

By approving an itinerary, making a deposit or other payment, or confirming travel services with us, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms applicable to your booking.

1. About Your Booking

Luxury Trip To India specializes in privately arranged travel within India. Your itinerary may include accommodations, private vehicles and chauffeurs, guides, airport transfers, sightseeing, domestic transportation, wildlife activities, and other travel services requested and confirmed as part of your trip.

A quotation or proposed itinerary does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Services are considered confirmed only after we receive the required payment and issue written confirmation.

All arrangements remain subject to availability until confirmation.

2. Prices and Inclusions

The price of your trip is based on the services specified in your confirmed itinerary. Prices may vary according to travel dates, hotel and room category, transportation, number of travelers, government taxes, entrance fees, special events, and other requested arrangements.

Unless expressly stated in writing, international airfare, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, gratuities, optional activities, meals not specified in the itinerary, and expenses arising from circumstances outside the agreed travel arrangements are not included.

If a government tax, mandatory fee, permit charge, or similar official cost changes after quotation but before the relevant service is provided, we may need to adjust the applicable portion of the trip price.

3. Deposits and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount and payment deadline will be stated in your proposal, invoice, or booking confirmation.

Certain arrangements may require a larger deposit or full advance payment. These can include luxury hotels during peak periods, palace hotels, wildlife lodges and permits, domestic flights, trains, special-event stays, exclusive experiences, and services booked under non-refundable conditions.

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice. Failure to make payment by the specified date may result in the release of reservations or cancellation of services.

Bank fees, card-processing fees, currency-conversion costs, or other transaction charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the traveler unless expressly included in writing.

4. Changes Requested by You

We understand that private travel plans sometimes change. If you request an amendment after confirmation, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it.

Changes remain subject to availability and the policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, wildlife authorities, guides, and other suppliers involved in your trip.

Additional costs resulting from requested changes will be communicated to you before the revised arrangements are confirmed whenever reasonably possible.

Some confirmed services cannot be changed without cancellation charges or loss of the amount already paid.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and the individual terms attached to the services booked on your behalf. Hotels, flights, trains, wildlife permits, special-event reservations, and other suppliers may impose their own non-refundable or escalating cancellation charges.

The cancellation terms provided with your quotation or booking confirmation will apply to your reservation.

No refund can normally be provided for confirmed services voluntarily missed, declined, or left unused after a trip has begun.

6. Hotels and Accommodations

Hotel preferences and requested room categories are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by each property. Early check-in, late check-out, connecting rooms, particular room numbers, views, floors, bed configurations, and similar preferences cannot be guaranteed unless the hotel specifically confirms them.

Where an accommodation becomes unavailable after confirmation for reasons outside our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative.

7. Transportation, Guides and Sightseeing

Private vehicles, chauffeurs, guides, and sightseeing arrangements are provided according to the confirmed itinerary.

Actual driving times in India can differ from estimates because of traffic, road conditions, weather, local events, construction, security restrictions, or other circumstances.

Monuments, museums, temples, wildlife parks, and other attractions may alter their operating hours or close without sufficient advance notice. Where this affects your itinerary, we will make reasonable efforts to suggest an appropriate alternative.

8. Passports, Visas and Travel Documents

Each traveler is responsible for holding a valid passport, appropriate Indian visa or travel authorization, and any additional documentation required for entry into India or onward travel.

Passport validity and entry requirements can change. Travelers should confirm current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before departure.

Any costs or consequences resulting from incomplete, incorrect, expired, or missing travel documentation remain the responsibility of the traveler.

9. Health and Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance appropriate to the value and nature of your trip.

Your policy should be considered for coverage relating to trip cancellation or interruption, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, baggage, travel delays, and activities included in your itinerary.

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are medically fit for the planned journey and for obtaining professional medical advice regarding vaccinations, medication, mobility, altitude, climate, dietary requirements, or other personal health considerations where relevant.

10. Wildlife Safaris and Special Activities

Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed. National parks and wildlife reserves operate under government regulations, and safari zones, vehicles, permits, routes, opening dates, and access may be changed by the relevant authorities.

Permits are often issued against traveler identification details and may be non-refundable or non-transferable.

The same principle applies to activities dependent on weather, permits, local authorities, religious observances, or other operating conditions beyond our direct control.

11. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Travel arrangements may occasionally be affected by events that neither the traveler nor Luxury Trip To India could reasonably prevent or control.

These may include severe weather, natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, government actions, civil disturbances, strikes, transport disruptions, road closures, security events, changes imposed by public authorities, or similar circumstances.

When such an event affects your trip, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements. Any additional expenses will be handled according to the circumstances, applicable supplier policies, and your travel insurance coverage.

12. Third-Party Travel Services

Hotels, airlines, rail operators, wildlife authorities, guides, activity providers, and other independent suppliers may provide some of the services included in your itinerary.

Those services may be subject to the supplier’s own operating rules, booking conditions, cancellation policies, and limitations.

Luxury Trip To India coordinates these services as part of your itinerary but does not control the day-to-day operations of independent suppliers.

13. Traveler Responsibility

We ask guests to respect local laws, cultural practices, religious sites, wildlife regulations, hotel policies, and reasonable instructions provided by guides, chauffeurs, authorities, and service providers.

Travelers are responsible for personal belongings and for any loss or expense resulting from conduct that violates applicable laws or supplier rules.

If a traveler’s behavior creates a serious safety risk, causes significant disruption, or involves unlawful conduct, the affected service may be discontinued where reasonably necessary.

14. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and useful. Travel conditions, hotel facilities, entrance fees, schedules, government regulations, and other details can nevertheless change.

Photographs are intended to represent destinations and travel experiences but should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular room, view, vehicle, wildlife sighting, weather condition, or experience unless specifically included in your written booking confirmation.

Your confirmed itinerary and booking documents take precedence over general information appearing on the website.

15. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, branding, graphics, itinerary material, and other proprietary content published on the Luxury Trip To India website may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.

You may access the website for legitimate personal travel research and booking purposes.

16. Questions About These Terms

If you have questions about a condition relating to your proposed or confirmed trip, please contact Luxury Trip To India before making payment.

We want the services, payment schedule, cancellation conditions, and important booking requirements to be clear before your journey is confirmed.
