How We Choose
Four tests. A property that fails any one of them comes off the list, however well it sells.
Someone from our team has stayed in the room category we sell, not toured the lobby on a site inspection.
Rates come from the hotel, not a wholesaler. That is why we can hold a specific room and fix a problem the same evening.
Lake view, garden wing, ground floor, quiet side. We book by room number when it matters, and say so in the quote.
Management changes, buildings age. Properties are re-checked each year and dropped when the standard slips.
